9 years at the company has been great, however this year of 2024 a lot of challenges and feedback or things we said were not taken into consideration or have a meeting with us to explain more, after months we were provided valuable information in our townhall, but is too late boost the morale

that we adapt to changes easily and we are open

That is very knowledgeable and they always have the willingness to help others, they always voice out what's working and what's not.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having a more of a present leader above my position for help, since there's a lot of workload happening overall and I understand is not easy to manage everything at the same time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the reminders that we must do on a daily basis when they are sent early, sometimes we are caught up with work and a reminder always works fine, they are knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer they look for it.
