Its been a long and tough journey, however the chance of having support from people that took their time to help me grow in my personal & professional life, its amazing. Im more than thankful to be part of this amazing family. Also helping others be part of Startek, makes me feel good and proud.

I like the fact we still have the transportation benefit and the monthly salary.

Communication is key in any company, and I think we now express ourselves easily and confident we can be heard.

We are now a very close, honest, united and work with effort and lot of support. We work great as a team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are now having a better vision of the Company's situation, their goals, how to meet our goals and be a more unite team. Things are way better now.
What makes you most happy at work?
Spend time with people who makes me laugh, we support and help each other to reach the same goal. Also, the fact of getting rewarded and motivated when things are done well.
