company is really good for those people who planning to take retirement from here but if you are planning that you want learn something then there'e no option may be for other department options are there but not for HR. coworkers are good, environment is politics free but growth and fun is missing.

there's no politics, everyone is supportive and they don't do back bitching

there's no learning , there are no training program from last 2 years i am doing same work and work pressure is there. raise in salary and few training program really make me feel better
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There's no fun activity for HR team, no training program, No outing only work and work no appreciation no salary raise. ervery year salary raise can't be possible but company is cabable of doing other things.
