What do you like best about the leadership team?
De-listing of Startek group, was a good decision. It provides immense opportunity to take the right decisions in favor of the enterprise, which is visible in the leaders' actions and vision statement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the financial pressure risen due to delisting is understandable, the back-up plan seemed to be missing. As a simple and ground level employee, at least an Inflation percentile matched to increment was the bare minimum expectation.
