Less complicated and less active

It's the people there's certain people that I've started with and I kind of bond and I kind of bond with
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feel like I got low bald tree like shit because there was a personal legal matter I didn't get no compensation I got told that I was not to come in over a text message or a phone call
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication not being so pushy expecting the most out of someone not listening I feel like if they would have a meeting each week come together we all will come to agreement on certain things working people to death
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The key word leadership there's no leadership in my store everybody tells everybody what to do there's no one set direction they like to take people from other stores and just let them come in and push the people that's been there for years around and treat them like crap
