My experience at this company was good until i got my new general manager Christian now its negative energy everyday
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing postive about the people except 2 managers and the old coworkers
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicatuon between coworkers and helping out people when they need help on the line
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a easy process it took 2 hours but the lady who did it was nice and i got the job the same day
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only people good at my job is me and 7 other people thats it everyone else cant catch up or doesnt want to do any wotk
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My General manager is disrespectful and is threatening 8 people that they are going to lose their job over learning zones which we tell him we can do at work but then he never makes us do them at work he always trys to have us do them off the clock or on a off day if he was gone work would be better
