Imagine you were expecting an overall typical environment from a store, but thats not the case they are very customer based and thats lacking the building is unhealthy and should not pass health code. Multiple osha vialations were displayed in the first 5 days. The place should not stay open.
What makes you most happy at work?
Have the ability to have conversations at the work place that are not at anothers expense.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They had said they could not pay me at 12 an hour because of that being covid pay. Then was payed 10.75 and worked the most among the other minors.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview I had was you talked in the lobby immediately about the hours and paper work there was not really an interview process. Would like them to be more open about the pay and work environment.
