Our general manger does not care about her employes . When we have personal emergencies she shows a complete lack of interest . She only want to work us like a dog . She have the crew scrubbing walls , cleaning out the ditch outsode , and on our knees scrubbing the drains that the water runs out of

The most positive would be my coworkers . they all work togther and get things done

My coworkers are fine . The problem is with one of the managers and the grneral manager .

Everything was described to me in a good manner . And when i first dtarted i was actually doing the job i signed up for .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I gry paid $8 which is a cashier rate . I make food and i also manage shifts but still only get paid the amout of a cashier .
