Ive been working hard at 4th and frankford taco bell and got told to leave and if i left i quit like an ultimatum and i dont lnow how to deal with this emotionally.

My coworkers are mostly in the same boat i am.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to help people instead of tearing them down at 4th and frankford.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wasnt given any stock as compensation i was paid okay but not enough to live or have my own place.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicatimg expectations and helping employees to do the best job they can with what is available i feel like often i was put in the worst situation possible or being punished.
