terrible I get disrespected by my gm, she refuses communicate with me and instead talks about me to my co workers. She has ruined my time Job by completely removing me off the schedule and refuses to elaborate. I have had nothing but frustration for the past month and have been very disappointed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication!!! I have said it a thousand times but it really is bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Better communication on site as well as better out of work communication. I have no real issue with my co-workers and I do sorta like them it is just some of the mangers have been less than kind.
