I was promised and supposed to get a raise in pay after I worked for a period of time, I never received that raise. I also was in training for team leader and was doing more than my share of responsibilities and was taken for granted on many occasions and was expected to work in dangerous situations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I never received what I should have, so unsatisfied
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It wasn't all bad, until I started pushing for my raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
On a whole we all worked together, there were as always one or two that wouldn't pull there weight
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoyed it, until I was expected to more and more to do things that wasn't in my job description and then reprimanded for it later
