I have been trying to contact my coporate office for a week regarding an ongoing problem. The GM will not help and today after 11 months of employment she took me off the schedule. I dont want my position back but i do feel its important to ahare the circumstance of my story.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My regular customers. I will miss them
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, fairness, discrimination, doing their job etc
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a college student and this was a great part time job
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management and staff are friends and it isolates other employees along with creating drama in the workplace
What did you like most about the interview process?
ED interviewed me and when he left the store it lost so many great employees. The manager and GM currently could care less about moral or teamwork ans promote drama and conflict along with never returning calls or making an accurate schedule.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The location i was employed at is toxic. Tje managers and staff talk about employees wirh disability loud enough for other staff and customers to hear claiming our disibity is used to not carry out certain tasks? Ive never been reprimanded or written up and i find this offensive
