They are sceduling me for the night shift in grants pass oregon. I am a minor. I am female. I work with adults but they scedule all of us minors to do those shifts because the dont want them. I am looking for another job, and my parents are talking to the state about it. I work to pay my car paument
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everying. Not making new hire teens work the night shift from 10 pm to 4 am. Not doing drugs, start cleaning the building during the day. They also serve food all day, they dont change it out no matter what. I do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My team makes new hires and minors do most of the work. Theu also dont clean during the day so we have to do it from 10 am to 4 am. We dont even get customers that late. We get homeless people that threaten us.
