Pay rate is very decent for the area i live/work in. Competitive with other places close by
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now nothing. Since management change everything has gone down hill fast. I used to love working there and everyone got along great and it was enjoyable to be there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating, not bringing bibles to work and forcing religion on people. Dm will not hear out concerns and address them. Gm and assistant have created a todic work environment. Threats if not willing to work oitaide of your availability.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Gm allows them to not stay in store and go out to smoke constantly, take extended breaks to nail shops, encourages bad behavior like throwing things at each other while customers present, defacing vompany property by carving names into things
