Our regional manager Tracy Christman has lied about wages offered, changed positions after offering them without notice, and continues to neglect her duties to the detriment of the employees in her region only to scream obscenities at her general managers afterwards.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Honestly. I was misled and lied to the entire time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need a different regional manager who actually does her job, communicates with her employees, and takes accountability for her lack of action instead of screaming at her teams until they cry.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was told in December i was getting a raise and promotion (back to the position i applied, interviewed, and was offered and have the emails to prove) and have waited now two months doing the job and working the hours while not getting the pay.
