What do you like best about the leadership team?
I need more time with the company to give a honest opinion. so far people in leadership positions under the manager need to be refreshed or replaced they seem to comfortable and do not follow guidelines or do much.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
due to the city i work in i make less than other locations. and you have to basically work overtime to make a decent check which takes away of the flexibility the job offers. and you do a lot for lil pay
