Has it's goods and bads. I think there is alot of oppurtunity if favoritsim is thrown out the door and mutual respect between officers and supervisors AND detainees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just the overall vibe for everything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The hourly wage is good.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone needs to work together as a team instead of the me mentality.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A few things. Mainly, treating all employees the same, with the same respect. Also, beinf held to the same standard as the ones they supervise.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This is my second stint with GEO. I left the first time due to poor management practices and terrible attitudes. I'm already noticing these same things going on this time around and I haven't even been here a month.
