I love the job and enviroment on a day to day basis, but the organization and communication between supervisors/management is very poor. The officers perform the same job duties yesr round but the challenges and rules that our supervisors give us make little to no sense.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We treat each other like a extention of our personl families
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Certain personel in management actually care about the staff while other don't.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work with my co-workers who I've built a close bond with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well and wellness is a good benefit but the price of our health insurance is set to high
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Shift Leadership needs improvement with organization, but management needs to state what there objective and goals are clearly with the people running the shift and not the people supervising.
