Management, and higher ups that set the standard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Mentorship, leadership, professionalism, dress code, manners, knowing their audience, clear communication to avoid constant micro-management, more experience
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
One of many things would include the bonuses that were given. With people coming and going quickly, it's a slap in the face for the people that have been here for so long.
