The only issues I have had was with the sign on bonus. It was not clear that I would not receive it until 3 months after signing on which defeats the purpose of a sign on bonus. I felt it was very misleading. The other issue was that my pay was wrong, and it took 4 days to correct it.

That everyone is friendly, positive, team oriented, and helpful.

They are very involved and helpful. They care and it shows.

They are team oriented, work together to accomplish a common goal, and are very helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
It is a fast based work environment. It is challenging. I learn a lot. It's never boring, and it is never the same.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay, however, I was hired with a sign on bonus, which the issue date was not made clear until 2 weeks after I started.
