So far it has been a learning experience. I am very happy being back with GEO, I love my job. However, there is favoritism with the with supervisor and some staff. There have also been times where the supervisor has given a direction and then doesn't follow thru herself with the direction, or denies

We have a few really good therapists; they are very creative.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working with this population. Offering another way of life. Showing them, that they can be so much more if they choose to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have diversity in our team, all with good idea for groups and motivation the clients to want to change. We complement each other.
