Since day one I was welcomed by not only my work peers, but by the Program Manager as well. Everyone always has a smile on their face. Anytime I have a question it is never an inconvenience. My peers go the extra mile an offer their help in the future event I may need assistance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am not sure what my compensation package consist of.

Leadership actually tries to work with me, and are in good spirits.

My team is very respectful, they make me feel if I need assistance anyone of them will be available in one way or another to help.
What makes you most happy at work?
It makes me happy that my presence at work not only makes a difference among my peers, but among the community of people who depend on the services the company offers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At this company there is an open door policy from, which was made clear from the first day. This policy ranges from my office Program Manager to the president of the company. I feel as there is no dumb question that can be asked.
