The challenge of a new environment. Learning something new each shift, including understanding the thought processes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the compensation is above most companies. It inspires me to do the best I can for the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our executive team is supportive and available whenever I need them. If they don't have an answer, they find someone who does. They never make me feel like I am bothering them or that my questions are silly. I feel a part of the team.
