We work well together and look out for one another.

Site manager that knows or wants to learn how to do their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A site manager the is invested in the job and the people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn how to effectively supervise and manage. The site manager has no clue what they are doing and is constantly in the way. The site manager has also created officer safety issues by disciplining officers in front of detainees and other officers!
