In the short time I have been employed there, all paychecks were short of hours actually worked and when the issue was brought to management and upward, nothing appeared to happen with it. When I would inquire about it no one knew anything or could tell me when my concern would be resolved.

Promptly addressing concerns of employees and keep employees advised of the outcomes

Everyone on my team works and does their part and if they see something that needs to be done they do it without being told.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not being paid for all hours worked. Pay ALL your employees ALL their due wages on time and promptly address concerns of employees when brought to management and up and keep employees informed of the status of their concerns
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My first paycheck was short hours I worked and it took two weeks to get paid what I was owe.. My next check was short as well. How about being paid for all of the hours worked on time. Why do I have to wait so long just to enroll in benefits and then wait months for them to be in effect.
