Everyone is soft spoken and looks out for each other. relaxed atmosphere.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do not feel undervalued but i do believe that the pay at my program specifically may be a cause of the lack of retention.

Best thing is to have a good leader, a leader that can do basic job and leadership jobs

I'd rate my experience 8/10. I've been with the company for more than five years and its a great company to work for. The only drawback is there's a very military style hierarchy and most of management is stuck in the past.
