When you say "Your company", I expect you are talking about GEO. The only thing i have to say is "pitiful"
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know what we are doing. (unlike the GEO workers)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Our schedules are daily with only about 12 hours advance notice if we work the very next day. We are shorted pay.....
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Payroll needs to be correct for every employee Schedules need to be sent to all involved with at least one week notice
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is obvious that management does not care about us or if we quit since many have been waiting over 3 weeks to get paid correctly
