Highly disappointed as I have over a few decades of experience and feel like I am in jeopardy everyday because of my skin color

401k is reasonable and insurance is comparable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Diversity and better management, better or consistent training
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is clearly training in place but it's a embarrassing culture that's cultivating poor performance of staff
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The is no diversity and staff are being over run by African American staff due to reporting of inappropriate behavior
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Trying department needs overhaul. There is a female trainer that does nothing because she plays on her phone and her sister comes in and sits there distracting the class, she appears to have no defined job
