What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Get rid of the director.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The package was fine, however it took more than a week to be put in the system to choose insurance.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The director has a "what I say goes" attitude and the training needs to be more than just reading repeated information.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

The female case managers had an air of arrogance when interacting with new security members, the social services coordinator ended up being the one "training" security members, and the director seems to have a control problem.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The only experience I had with "leadership" at the El Monte location was they gave me no actual training other than telling me to read multiple thick binders that just repeated themselves, and walking around the facility.
