No company is perfect, and there are days you are not going to please everyone, but I have a passion for what I do, in helping people succeed and I enjoy the people I work with on my team, so it makes coming to work really enjoyable. My team communicates well together.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team that works with me...it's like we are a family. We have our moments, but most of the time we work extremely well together and we help each other out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows what is expected of them, and the majority of the time it is communicated effectively. The management team is always asking for feedback. We also have some of the most compassionate team players on our team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the people I work with on my team. We may not always have a full staff, but we always do the best we can with what we have to work with. Everyone has a day or two that they just don't feel like working, but we make the best of it and get the job done to the best of our ability.
