I have exceled at this company. They have always pushed me to go further, even when I didn't think I could be pushed that much more. They always believe in me, even when I don't believe in myself.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am making a difference in the lives of everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They always are open to help. When they tell us that they are "here to help" they truly mean it.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to communicate and discuss any concerns or issues. They are active in the facility and do their best to make us all feel appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The benefits are costly especially when we are not paid but a barley livable wage. We can take bad benefits with good pay. However, we cannot have bad benefits with poor pay as well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some co-worker's attitudes and remarks will make us walk on eggshells in our jobs. That is at every job though. If you love what you do you won't let someone else ruin it for you.
