I like the job. But the other employees make the job somewhat miserable due to them acting like teenagers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think my leadership team has good some qualities and they seem to care about their job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the only positive thing at work is the residents that are there because they are kind to us employees unless given a reason not to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I don't get treated with respect due to my age and for the amount of work and hours we put in, $20.25 isn't enough to sufficiently live on.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think my coworkers need to learn how to treat people with respect and learn how to do their job without complaining about what everybody else is doing and focus on themselves and their job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My coworkers dont know how to work with others and are constantly complaining about having to do their job. And I always end up being the one getting into trouble when I'm not the one causing the issues.
