Worst experience I have ever had. The inmates run that faculty I didn't see any pat searches. Inmates were free roaming in the hallway the picket person (even the SGT) was letting them do what they want. Even during the tour there was a inmate with us the whole time.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
That whole place needs a change.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even if I was paid $40 a hour I would never go back there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is unprofessional. No one does their job. There is constant attitude and no communication.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I only did the training and one day on the floor training. There were red flags from the first day I went to HR to the last day of the job. HR is very rude, they do not communicate at all. You are ignored by the person sitting upfront.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The only person that was professional and I had any respect for was Mr. Clark in training. People in training and people out on the unit were unprofessional. That prison is out of hand. The only advice I would give is firing all the leadership and choosing better people to fill their positions.
