This job would be great if Mary Gully was a competent leader. Her inability to adapt to her position has made it impossible for me to do my job. Everybody outside of my team has nothing but great things to say about me, but it is nothing but complaints from her despite all my work being done on time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone but Mary Gully does a fantastic job of communicating what is expected of me.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My boss doesn't understand my position and is giving directives that keep me from completing my job duties as assigned.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Allow me to do my job day after day without changing how it must be done. Give me a boss that understands how support staff is supposed to support counselors.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have turned a full day's work into just a couple of hours through automation, I would like for a wider range of certificates to fall under the tuition reimbursement.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am not allowed to communicate with them anymore per Mary Gully, but when I was allowed to they did a great job of letting me know the best ways to support them.
