It is challenging and everyday is a new experience which I like. I also like interacting with people, however, I'm never sure if I'm doing OK or not. I wish I could work longer hours sometimes to get more stuff done.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to help as I learn to navigate the facility.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Somtimes I'm not sure if I'm helpful to my manager or a hinderence.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They followed up with me soon after I was hired to see how I was doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The RAs started when I did, as did some medical people, but I am paid almost half of what they are for providing service that is mandated by the US Constitution.
