The work environment is quite toxic, all things considered. Officers are overworked and therefor are agitated and not very vigilent.

It's quite diverse, culturally and occupationally.

I like the pay, and i genuinely enjoy patient care.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication and cohesiveness. Teamwork is difficult amongst most of the staff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their employees and assist when and where they can, instead of shrugging their shoulders and saying, "that's just how it's done here."
