Overall, I have had a great experience with some internal bumps along the way. I was grateful that those bumps were addressed by management, and they were no longer an issue. I enjoy working for GEO and the supervisor that I report to is very approachable and I know he is just a phone call away.

With the new FA, there is more team building.

I am most happy being able to help people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits, 401K, the discounts, and the option to purchase trips, items, flights, etc. with the flexibility to have it deducted from your payroll.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a handful of staff in the Admin. area that are team players and volunteer their time to help with company events and community events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The guidance and fast response that is given when they are needed. The knowledge that they have to be able to lead and give us a clear understanding of what needs to be accomplished to meet our goals and ensure that the company's integrity is maintained.
