I am not trying to give terrible feedback, however, I have yet to hear from HR despite multiple geogroup corporate contacts referring me to W Cross by email and phone.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Recruiting and on boarding was terrible. Getting answers feom HR is next to impossible. Conflicting information us unpleasant. Good job, pay could be a bit better but otherwise ok. Remote hiring seems to have led to some bad coworkers who are dangerous though.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communicate with new employees please, FARGO NORTH DAKOTA.

Communicate. In Fargo, just call and be clear on what's going on please.

Good coworkers make a better day. Also having a good manager is a positive

Unsure what to say. I enjoy the nature of the job and work balance.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have a few good ones, others are very unsafe, racist, homophobic, and dangerous with their weapons and driving habits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bad rexeuit8ng experience, should pay more due to risk of armed transports and also some employees are undertrained and very unsafe. If one had to do all the work then there should be greater compensation.

Im confused on the position. Position was posted with 2 classifications/payrates, I was told the higher payrate isn't actually being hired for. What is going on? I'm potentially ok with lower pay, but be up front about this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication from HR as requested. I want to work here but am so confused by what's going on. Other geogeoup employees have expressed similar frustrations but can't help as its not their area. I cannot get a reply from HR.
