The pros and cons balence each other out. Though i wish applying for a transfer to a different pisition would be easier. Having to reapply and going through background checks and such when i already passed background checks is a pain. I woudl like to transfer to a different postion but its a hassle.

We all work well together.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Its work. I sweat every day and break my back. My feet hurt standing on cement most of the 10-12 hour shift.
