Despite significant differences in expectations for various staff's job duties as supervisors come and go, the team you work with remains cohesive and supportive. Security officers work as part of the team and are incredibly helpful.
What makes you most happy at work?
The comradery among my coworkers as a whole.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care benefit is decent and significantly less expensive than the last place I worked.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Show recognition and appreciation for excellent staff members who clearly go above and beyond. Follow through when they verbally agree to accommodate us in some way or actually promise a staff member a raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even when one of us is not happy with supervision, I have seen multiple members of the team go out of their way to help out a coworker (but pointing out they are doing it for the individual, not the company)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are so many staff members, plain clothes as well as security, who routinely approach me with a smile and actually express positive feedback for the contributions all of the team members provide, regardless of their rank on the totem pole.
