I love working for GEO. Have worked for the 3 times, always had the best experiance and learned amd grew everytime. I hope one day after im done furthering my education goals and moving, I can work for them permanently.
What makes you most happy at work?
What made me most happy about goimg to worl was interacting with my team and clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of support there is from your supervisor or team. The time supervisors take to appreciate you as an employee and do small things like lunches.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always had an awesome team of coworkers and a good healthy relationship and office culture. Everyone was always reayd to step up and help or cover where needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Based in the job market and doing the same type of work in various states and companies and the amount of work undertaken, and now the possible unsafe conditions ISAP/ICE faces some positons, like Case Managers/Case Specialist need to be paid minimum 26 hourly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ive worked for GEO/BI in two states. In those periods, i had 3 different mangment teams as they were promoted to other positions. I have always felt that every manaent team ive had, has always cared about me and my coworkers as individuals and as emoloyees and alway listened to our needs.
