Getting benefits for my wife & I was the worst experience i have ever had at any company. It almost didnt happen if it wasn't for my perseverance. There's not enough people staffed & some of the tasks we're asked to do pit us against the residents & make stuff unnecessarily complicated.pays the bill
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't know anyone beyond my location, but the management their seems to do their best with what they have.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just boring & alot of rules are getting added, also there's always some level of disorganization because we're severely understaffed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Haven't got to use it yet, because it took so long to verify the info. Just now got benefits 11/01/25 and had to go through a bunch of seemingly endless hoops that I did all on my own...
