I am salaried, so I know how much each paycheck will be. The downside is that salaried personnel are often not compensated for efforts that go above and beyond.

Being part of the team. We make a difference together when we work as a team. We encourage one another even during the tough times. We are all "patient first" minded.

We work together as a TEAM. We are like a family. We strive to help others, and are willing to work in other departments, Cities and States. So not only are we a team in our specific department, we are a TEAM with USDP as a whole.
