Been here a long time and corporate values have hit an all time low. In house management doing best they can, Clinical staff for the most part have been hanging in there hoping things will improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They come in with good attitudes and want to work to help each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid the same amount as the staff members who have poor attendance and work ethics, no rewards for good employees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the nurses and providers in my clinic genuinely care about each other and do our best to help each other and remind each other they are valued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Staff is continually allowed to be absent, or play on cell phones, read books watch videos while on the clock. Some employees have to travel 2 hours to other office's staff storage while staff who lives 20miutes away refuse to go. Policies are not enforced.
