Ii have seen the practice improve from a standpoint of policy and procedures. The customer service we provide is 2nd to none. I get feedback from our patients they enjoy our office, which makes me proud.

My experience has been that there is no room for advancement and my supervisor doesn't value my experience or knowledge. I am a problem solver and love to help my patients but this is frowned upon for us to think for ourselves.

The culture of our company has changed since becoming US Dermatology. We are more about the customer now which is what I like.

I like the fact that I don't have to take it home with me. I finish my day and I am done till tomorrow.

We have mature, strong and independent women. It does cause challenges, but for the most part is nice to have knowledgeable hardworkes by your side.

I like working with my co-workers and the work I do is rewarding. I love the elderly and get to interact with them on a daily basis
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that USDerm makes a valiant effort to get feedback from the workers in the trenches not just the upper level positions. It does make you feel validated.
