Overall it's positive due to my work relationship with my provider. I do feel lack of communication is an ever occurring issue.Lack of positive reinforcement for employees that care and show up to give the best care to our patients. Once a year you're given feedback you read online, not in person.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some days are more positive than others obviously but the environment can quickly turn negative if one employee isn't pulling their weight
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being an accountable and reliable employee isn't always acknowledged or rewarded. If other employees aren't pulling their weight, it's expected of you to pick up their shortcomings without complaint. It can make the more reliable employee feel frustrated.
