What are some of the best things about your team?

We actually support and work very well together. No Drama in our location.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We have excellent doctors. I feel like they really care about the patients.

What makes you most happy at work?

I really enjoy my job, my co-workers are great people and we have a lot of laughter, but work very hard at the same time. Which is important to enjoy what you do when leaving your family at home, not everyone gets this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My Pay hasn't been increased at all since my hire date November, 2020 yet inflation has rose 7.9%. Gas has gone up highest as it's ever been, takes more of my pay away. I An increase that really makes a difference and flexible time off sometimes if need without pay.
