Overall, I like the company. Dislike some decisions that have been made and how some things have been handled. Higher ups need to listen to their managers on the ground instead of going around us.

Upper management is easy to talk too and always willing to help find resolutions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Attitudes are very poor as well as work ethic. Unsure how we could work better together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is amazing. They are always willing to listen and help me with whatever I need.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lost most providers so morale is low. To many new staff and providers, no good training program. Merged with another clinic and lost all sense of how our original clinic was.
