I have really enjoyed the on-boarding/training process. I am excited, thankful, and happy to be working at USDP. I am hopeful that I have a future here and am excited to be up and running as a provider here and hope that is something that happens sooner rather than later.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall I love working at USDP and my position! I do think there is room for improvement when it comes to worklife balance and benefits: such as PTO/Sick time, maternity leave, and 401K contributions. I'd also like more edu/trainings for career advancement. Otherwise I love my job and coming to work
