I like my company, I like my job, i like the doctor i work for. The pay is horrible and the benefits are poor. My healthcare deductible alone is $6000. I work in healthcare and cannot afford my own healthcare. Rather than benefits improving, every year they are less and less.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Cost of living has increased in my state at a vertical rate. I have received one raise in 3 years. I have more and more to do but compensation has not changed. It is very very frustrating.
